Model scope and calculation
New paid customers = total visitors × account conversion × paid conversion after launch. Churn applies to opening paid customers. Revenue uses average opening and closing customers. Delivery costs, 2% refund/loss reserve, guest cost, acquisition, human build/authority reserves and Prime/Stars budgets are deducted. Funding equals the maximum cumulative deficit through month 18 plus three months of month-18 fixed, acquisition and guest costs. Opening cash and financing are zero. Taxes, financing fees, annual prepayments and working-capital timing are excluded. The human-cost decline assumes autonomy is proven; it is not yet validated.
